June 1883: “[Quickstep] are having new uniforms made.” From The Sporting Life, June 3, 1883.
June 1883: “William B. Cole & Brother, of 202 Market street, have received the contract for making the new uniform for the Quickstep Base Ball Club yesterday. The new uniform will be made of white flannel without trimmings, with blue stockings, belt and cap. June 1883: “The Quickstep appear in their new uniform today [on June 8]. […] J. Paul Brown, photographer, will take a negative of the Quickstep Base Ball Club in a group tomorrow morning.
