April 1892: “The Rochester boys will have two sets of uniforms. At home they will wear white uniforms with brown trimmings, and abroad they will don suits of brown with red trimmings.” From the Rochester Union & Advertiser, April 14, 1892. Research from Priscilla Astifan.

April 1892: “The Rochesters will have two uniforms, on at home and one abroad. The home uniform will be of white jersey cloth with brown trimmings, and the abroad regalia will consist of dark brown with cardinal trimmings.” From the Buffalo Courier, April 15, 1892. Research from Ed Morton.

Rochester joined the Eastern Association/League (EL) in 1891. The EL operated between 1891 and 1911 and became the International League in 1912. Rochester played in the EL in 1891 and 1892 and dropped out after the 1892 season. Information from Bill O’Neal, The International League (1992).
